1. Description of the accommodation

Villa Margot is a spacious and comfortable property that can accommodate up to 9 people . It offers splendid views of the sea and the wooded hills of the Gavarres , which you can admire from its sunny or shaded terraces, as well as from the swimming pool. The villa is composed of two parts, always rented together and entirely reserved for a single tenant:

• The main apartment : a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room (6 people).

• The secondary apartment : a bedroom/living room with its own bathroom (sleeps 3). The villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed and peaceful garden. It features a pergola with a fully equipped summer kitchen . Guests have exclusive use of the entire property: garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned bedrooms, and all facilities.
