We provide regular care and oversight of your property with comprehensive check-up visits: collecting mail, airing out rooms, inspecting both the interior and exterior, turning the electricity back on, and monitoring all installations. We also coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs, ensuring your home remains safe, secure, and well-maintained while you’re away.
Premium Concierge
We offer comprehensive support for your tenants to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. One week before their arrival, we contact them to organize their stay and address their needs. We then provide a personalized welcome, assistance throughout their stay (restaurant reservations, activities, various services, etc.), as well as tenant check-out and final cleaning.
