My Concierge Service is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, in accordance with its desire to offer a clear, inclusive and usable service for all.

Even though our site is not subject to a legal obligation of digital accessibility (because it is not a public service), we want to allow every user, whatever their situation, to navigate in the best possible conditions.

The Ma Conciergerie website is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), due to the following elements:

  • some images may not have sufficiently detailed alternative attributes;

  • some color contrasts may not reach the recommended level;

  • some elements provided by Wix (widgets, third-party modules) may have accessibility limitations;

  • Mobile ergonomics can vary depending on the device.

We are working on the gradual improvement of these points.

  • improve the readability of texts and contrasts;

  • add or correct alternative text for images;

  • optimize mobile navigation;

  • limit inaccessible content from external services.
